Additional Information Required for Clothing

Winter temperatures in the Arctic range from -15C to -35C and the wind chill is another factor. To assist you with your personal safety we will send you a clothing guide in your travel pack.

To assist further, on arrival in Lapland, you will have loan of Arctic Clothing for the duration of your stay. This will provide you with essential protection whilst in these extreme conditions. This is in all cases includes the following: overalls, hat, gloves and boots. Balaclavas are available for use depending on activity and conditions.

This specialist gear is very expensive and needs to be returned in good order at the end of your trip. We reserve the right to charge the following amounts if any item is not returned or returned damaged.

Arctic boots - £125 per pair

Arctic Overalls - £190 per set

Gloves - £15 per pair

Arctic hat - £25

Balaclava - £10


We try our best, prior to your departure and throughout your holiday, to provide you with proper safety advice and support in line with local standards. We require you to be aware of the climate you are likely to experience and be fully insured for all the activities you will be undertaking.

*Please note that it is mandatory that you have travel insurance covering all the activities you will be doing. If you require help with your insurance, there is a policy in place that covers all eventualities and this is provided by TAG connect that you can purchase. Payment Details

Please refer to your proposal for deposit payment due. If travel date is within 60 days then full payment will be due. Please check the box next to your preferred method of payment and we will call you to securely take your card details or provide our banking details.

*Please note there is no charge for debit or credit cards as long as the card is issued in the UK. If the card is issued outside of the UK and Ireland there is a 2.5% card fee on each transaction. (This is for both Debit or Credit Cards)

**Please note we do not accept any Amex or Corporate Credit Cards whether issued inside or outside of the UK

*** Bank transfers from anywhere in the world attract no extra charges from weekend a la carte, but your bank may charge
