DAY 3: Sunday
Dog Sledge Adventure with a local hunter

DAY 3: Sunday
Dog Sledge Adventure with a local hunter

Enter an Arctic Wonderland with a local hunter as a guide. You will feel as if you are travelling back in time into the world of old Polar Explorers through ice covered fjords where icebergs rise like sculptures. All you will hear is the sounds of the sledge moving over the ice.

The route you take depends on actual snow and ice conditions, and how much of the sea is frozen. The route varies from the fjords and mountains near to Ilulissat to actually sledging across the frozen sea. This really is a special experience.

Two people will share a sled, as well as the Local Musher who is in charge of the Huskies. At times you may need to jump off and help with the sled up any hills so a level of fitness is required.

Dinner and Overnight in Ilulissat.
