Our clients come from all over the world

Flexible Travel

We realise that Covid 19  will have made many people wary of booking a future holiday and to this end we wish to give you reassurance and as best as we can make your booking risk free.

It is worth stating at the outset that if you had a self-planned holiday during this effected period you would have had no protection in place and would have had no support sorting out your travel problems.

Tour Operators are financially backed by the ATOL scheme and also are more likely to be able to manage any crisis better as we have so many more contacts on the ground.

Here are a couple of quotes from satisfied clients who we helped during the period when the Virus was shutting down travel around the world.

“We had a wonderful time. Due to corona virus several things had to change last minute and they were really on top it. So happy with accommodations and activities that were book. Wonderful memories were made! I would highly recommend this company!” Susan Lambert

“Outstanding customer service and support during a very difficult time for travel. It took the pressure off us and meant that we could really enjoy the experience of a lifetime, knowing that we would be looked after by the team. The dog sledding was a particular highlight, just two teams out in the arctic wilderness, and it was delightful to see the relationship between the dogs and our guide.”

Julia Halligan

“Just wanted to say a massive thank you very much for your email and all your support through this process.  Lisa and I really appreciate both the frequency and level of info you have provided every step of the way; which is amazing based on all the things you and your colleagues must be juggling. Just wanted to say I have no idea how you have managed to cope throughout this nightmare but you should be very proud of yourself and the team as your service has been first class”. To give you peace of mind for new bookings from May 2020 we have updated our terms and conditions to give you more flexibility and to book with a smaller deposit amount

  1. Deposit reduced to 15% of the value of the Booking (Previously 50%) (You need to be travelling on IcelandAir or SAS for us to offer this. If flying with EasyJet or Jet 2 the deposit will be 50%)
  2. Second Payment of 85% due 60 days before travel

Until the second payment you can change your holiday at no cost* if health concerns are resulting in special measures by local authorities in the end destination you are visiting. Please note in order to offer this you would need to be flying with Iceland Air or SAS.

Until 7 days before you can change the ground arrangements at no cost* if health concerns are resulting in special measures by local authorities in the end destination you are visiting. Your fight value, if cancelled, will be carried forward to the new date. If your flight does indeed fly then there might be a cost of a new flight or a change fee or fare cost difference associated with moving them to new dates. That would be the only cost of delaying a trip due to new health warnings at that stage. Please note there are a very few breaks that are exceptions to these terms and we will advise you at time of enquiry.(eg. New Years Eve Break)

If, at time of booking, you wished to upgrade on IcelandAir to the Economy Flex ticket for your trip to Iceland then you can postpone your trip up to 3 days before travel with no extra cost on ground or flights*, if health concerns are resulting in special measures by local authorities in the end destination you are visiting. (New Years Eve Break & any break including an overnight stay at the Blue Lagoon Silica/Retreat Hotel would be excluded from this)

*We will move your holiday to agreed new dates within 12 months of your original departure date, provided the cost is equivalent. (So you can’t change from March to New Year or September for example.) Please note if you change date for any other reason then our normal terms and conditions apply.

It is worth stating that the northern part of Scandinavia and Iceland have only been minimally touched by Covid 19 and for the most part life has continued as normal for most people. If you are looking for a holiday with few people anywhere and set in beautiful locations with amazing experiences then Swedish Lapland and Iceland are fantastic choices to reignite the travel bug in you

We have made the point above about the benefits of booking an ATOL protected holiday and would encourage any prospective clients about the safety net this provides relative to booking your holiday directly.

We have been in business for 15 years and are constantly developing to ensure we offer some of the world’s best Northern Lights Holidays.

We look forward to providing you with your future memories.
