Flexible Travel

We realise that Covid 19  will have made many people wary of booking a future holiday and to this end we wish to give you reassurance and as best as we can make your booking risk free.

It is worth stating at the outset that if you had a self-planned holiday during this effected period you would have had no protection in place and would have had no support sorting out your travel problems.

Tour Operators are financially backed by the ATOL scheme and also are more likely to be able to manage any crisis better as we have so many more contacts on the ground.

To give you peace of mind for new bookings from May 2020 we have updated our terms and conditions to give you more flexibility and to book with a smaller deposit amount

  1. Deposit reduced to 25% of the value of the Booking (Previously 50%)
  2. Second Payment of 25% due 90 days before travel
  3. Final Payment due 45 days before travel

Until the second payment you can change your holiday at no cost if there is a travel advisory in place not to visit your booking destination.

We will move your holiday to agreed new dates within 12 months of your original departure date, provided the cost is equivalent. (So you can’t change from March to New Year for example.) 

Its worth stating that the northern part of Scandinavia and Iceland have only been minimally touched by Covid 19 and for the most part life has continued as normal for most people. If you are looking for a holiday with few people anywhere and set in beautiful locations with amazing experiences then Swedish Lapland and Iceland are fantastic choices to reignite the travel bug in you
