Iceland is in the lucky position that due to its geological position over  the mid Atlantic Ridge it is one of the most tectonically active places in the world which means it can generate so much of its power and hot water requirements through natural renewable sources.

New experiences are her passion and as a result her travel has been as varied as partying at the Carnival in Brazil, Hiking in the Yukon, diving in the Cocos Islands and living with an Aboriginal community in Australia.
